Funds from Early Giving supporters will be allocated toward direct program costs, including:
- Stipends, transportation, and meals for participants
- Community resources like mental healthcare, low-cost health insurance through Oyster Sunday, and childcare
- High quality tools for hands-on learning
- Comprehensive, culturally-responsive curriculum design

Donations support training materials, stipends for participants, Diversity / Equity / Inclusion workshops, bystander intervention training for staff at partner establishments, and critical community resources – including mental healthcare – that ensure our participants have enough holistic support to succeed in our program and beyond.

Attend Events
